Just drive up to the entry machine at the entrance barrier for your chosen car park, where your vehicle number plate will be scanned. If your vehicle number plate matches your booking, a ticket will automatically be issued. Keep this ticket safe as it will be needed on your return. It will show your vehicle registration number and a reference number printed alongside it. In the event that a ticket is not automatically issued (this may happen for example if you’ve changed your vehicle since you made your booking) just press the button for a ticket.

If your booking was recognised when you arrived, your ticket will have a reference number printed alongside your vehicle registration number. If that’s the case, proceed straight to the exit barrier and insert your ticket to leave. No need to do anything else! Otherwise, drive to the exit barrier, press the intercom button for assistance and quote your pre-booking reference number. If you pre-booked your parking, please do not insert your credit or debit card into the barrier.

Transfer buses leave every 15 minutes.
