On arrival at the car park • Drive up to the machine at the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and a ticket will be automatically issued. Keep this ticket safe as you will need it upon your return. • If a ticket is not automatically dispensed, press the “Assistance” button and confirm your booking details. A ticket will then be issued by the operator. Keep this ticket safe as it will be needed on your return.

On exiting the car park • Please ensure you have your entry ticket to hand. • Proceed straight to the exit barrier, insert your ticket and the barrier should raise automatically. • Please do not insert your credit or debit card into the barrier or a further payment will be taken. • If you require any further help, please press the "Assistance " button and confirm your booking reference number.

Transfer buses leave every 15 minutes.
