PLEASE NOTE: UB8 do not accept cars before 5am - if you book for arrival between 4 - 5am you will be charged a £20 surcharge at the car park. For ALL terminals - PLEASE CALL 30 MINS BEFORE ARRIVAL TO HEATHROW TO ARRANGE COLLECTION OF YOUR VEHICLE. For Terminal 1 -On exiting the entrance tunnel take the left hand lane for Terminal 1, CARPARK 1, Take a ticket at the barrier, proceed to the lower level, row D where our uniformed representative will meet you. TERM. 2: From tunnel follow signs to T2 short stay, you will be met at beginning of set down lane (furthest lane from front of T2 building on left). TERM. 3: From tunnel follow signs for T3, keep right through set of lights. Follow signs for 'Premier Kerb Side Checkin' you will be met at the beginning of the furthest lane from the T3 building to your right. TERM. 4: When approaching T4 go up ramp towards departures keeping left. Up ramp signed 'Departures Set Down point' chauffeur will be waiting between front and middle of lanes 2 & 3 under 'The British Airways Express parking Sign'. For Terminal 5 - Our Chauffeur will be waiting on level 4 to collect your vehicle. You will then be met by a fully insured driver who will drive your car to a secure compound. Please check your Meet Time is correct as this is the time you will be met on arrival at the airport. If the meeting time changes after your booking has been made, please call at least 1 hour prior to arrival. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.

Please call from baggage claim once you have collected your luggage and your vehicle will be returned to you at departures. If a mobile number can be provided with the booking this is always helpful. For Terminal 1 - Exit arrivals and proceed to Car PARK 1 Lower level, row D. Our return chauffeur will validate the car park ticket for use at the exit barrier.
