Our chauffeur wearing a black jacket, will meet outside departures in the car lane (If terminal 1, lower/left section of Departures. If Terminal 4, 3rd lane outside Departures). TERMINAL 5 - NEW CAR DROP OFF POINT. Details as follows. Drive up the ramp towards Departures. Bear right at sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow the sign for "Fast Track". At the entrance barrier take a ticket (don't worry there will be no charge). Once inside follow arrows on road to "Row L" where our chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket. IMPORTANT NOTICE - Your chauffeur will only wait for 15 minutes after the meet time unless you have telephoned to advise us that you will be late.
