Meet and Greet Procedures North Terminal Departures - outbound

North Terminal Address: RH6 0PJ

Please call when you are 10 minutes from the airport.

Follow signs to ‘Passenger drop off’ at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT-HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn.

Meet and Greet Procedures South Terminal Departures – outbound

South Terminal Address: RH6 0NP

Follow signs to ‘Passenger drop off’ keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted ‘Approved Operators’ where a driver will meet you.

Return procedure

Meet and Greet Procedures North Terminal Returns - inbound

Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.

Follow signs for ‘Exit’ on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel.

Meet and Greet Procedures South Terminal Departures – inbound

Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.

Follow signs to ‘Exit’, cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left.

You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.

As the transfer buses are not wheelchair accessible, you can upgrade to meet and greet free of charge.

Important Information

This car park has no height restrictions but licensed taxis, vehicles with more than 8 seats and vans in excess of 5m are not accepted.
