Arrival procedure for Heathrow Airtime Park & Ride

The Airtime unit is approximately 75 meters from the beginning of the road on the left-hand side.

Once you enter the unit, park your vehicle in the bay and proceed to reception.

Airtime staff will inspect vehicle and will then usher you to the awaiting minibus to take you to the terminal.

Please call the Airtime office once you have cleared Passport Control and the Airtime representatives will be waiting for your arrival
From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 1 Row D and your Airtime Parking representative will be waiting to greet your arrival.

Terminal 3 

Please call the Airtime office once you have cleared Passport Control and the Airtime representatives will be waiting for your arrival.
From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 2 Row B and our Airtime Parking representative will be waiting to greet your arrival.

Terminal 4 

Please call the Airtime office once you have cleared Passport Control and the Airtime representatives will be waiting for your arrival.
From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 2 Row E and your Airtime Parking representative will be waiting to greet your arrival.

Terminal 5

Please call our Airtime office once you have cleared Passport Control and the Airtime representatives will be waiting for your arrival
From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 3 Row F and your Airtime Parking representative will be waiting to greet your arrival.
