Arrival procedure for Heathrow KwikPark Meet & Greet

Terminal 2

Drop off Please call KwikPark when you are 15 minutes away from the airport. Proceed to passenger drop off Keep to the middle lane Take your first right as you enter drop off zone and park your car towards the end of the aisle.

Please park on either on the left- or right-hand side of the aisle An KwikPark representative will be awaiting your arrival. All representatives will be in clearly marked We will text you their mobile number if you wish to verify their identity You will be asked to sign a document after a vehicle inspection to verify car condition, mileage and fuel.

Terminal 3

Drop off Please call KwikPark when you are 15 minutes away from the airport. Follow signs to Terminal 3 (all routes) Follow signs to passenger Drop off (left lane) Proceed to the first aisle as you enter the ‘Drop Off and park at the end of the aisle on either left- or right-hand bay.

A KwikPark representative will be awaiting your arrival. All representatives will be in clearly marked We will text you their mobile number if you wish to verify their identity You will be asked to sign a document after a vehicle inspection to verify car condition, mileage and fuel.

Terminal 4

Drop off Please call KwikPark when you are 15 minutes away from the airport. Proceed to passenger drop off Keep to the left lane Stay in the left lane and please park in the second aisle. Please proceed to Passenger Drop Off/ Valet Parking Proceed to the left side (first aisle) Park your vehicle at the beginning of the aisle on either left or right side Please park on either on the left- or right-hand side of the aisle.

From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 1 Row D and the KwikPark once representative will be waiting to greet your arrival.

Terminal 3

Return - Please call KwikPark once you have cleared Passport Control and our representatives will be waiting for your arrival.

From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 2 Row B and the KwikPark once representative will be waiting to greet your arrival.

Terminal 4

Return - Please call KwikPark once you have cleared Passport Control and our representatives will be waiting for your arrival.

From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 4 Row F and the KwikPark once representative will be waiting to greet your arrival.

Terminal 5

From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 3 Row F and the KwikPark once representative will be waiting to greet your arrival.
