Arrival procedure for London City Airport Long Stay Car Park

When you arrive at the entrance of the car park, the system will recognise your number plate and the barrier will lift without the need of a ticket being dispensed.

Please note there are 3 different entry gates.

For Long Stay car park you can either use the middle or the right gate. If you have any problems, press the button to speak to car park staff and give them your booking reference.

Keep your booking details safe, as you may need them when you return. The terminal is just a short walk from the car park taking 5 to 10 minutes.

Return Procedure for London City Airport Long Stay Car Park

As on arrival, the barrier will lift on exit when the camera recognises the registration number of your vehicle. If you stay longer than your pre-booked time you will be required to make an additional payment.

Please report to a member of the car parking team located in the terminal at the Airport Information Desk, before exiting the car park. The desk is open during airport opening hours.

There is a height restriction of 3.3 metres and a width restriction of 2.4 metres.
