Arrival procedure for Southampton Port Stress Free Meet & Greet

A Stress Free member of staff will meet you outside Southampton cruise port terminal at the short stay car park. Simply call the mobile number given on your confirmation email when you're 20 - 30 minutes away.

QEII terminal
Enter the docks through Dock Gate 4. Then follow signs for your cruise ship. Once at the cruise terminal, traffic marshals will direct to the right up a ramp into a large baggage drop off hanger. Once you have unloaded your bags drive back out of this hanger and across the road into the sign posted short stay car park. The driver will be waiting for you here.

Ocean Terminal
Enter the docks through Dock Gate 4. Then follow signs for your cruise ship. Once at the cruise terminal, traffic marshals will direct you into the baggage drop off lanes. Once you have unloaded your bags, drive across into the short stay car park. The short stay car park is adjacent to the drop off lanes. Enter through either entrance barrier, and please be mind-full to keep hold of your parking ticket to give to our driver. The driver will be waiting for you towards the end of the car park, close to the grey booth.

City Terminal
Enter the docks through either Dock Gate 8 or 10. Then follow signs for your cruise ship. Once at the cruise terminal, traffic marshals will direct into the baggage drop off lanes. Once you have unloaded your bags please drive across into the sign posted short stay car park. The driver will be waiting for you here.

Mayflower
Enter the docks through Dock Gate 10. Then follow signs for your cruise ship. Once at the cruise terminal, traffic marshals will direct into the under-cover baggage drop off lanes. Once you have unloaded your bags please drive across into the sign posted short stay car park. The short stay car park is just about opposite the large ‘Departures’ end of the drop off lanes. So when exiting these lanes turn back on yourself and the short stay is just over the zebra crossing on your left. The driver will be waiting for you here.

Return procedure for Southampton Port Stress Free Meet & Greet

A driver will meet you in the same place you dropped the car off. Simply call the Stress Free hotline when you know what time you're disembarking.

Once you have received your keys and collected your vehicle please leave the short stay car park within 10 minutes. If you wish to stay longer then pay machines are available on site in order to pay for the extra time.
